Hooper Gun Works Factory Seconds– Signs of shelf wear and handling/packaging nicks. Flaws in the Finish. Usually around the edges. Generally minor things, but enough for us to put it in the “factory seconds” bin. Many shops pass this along as “Glock normal” but it doesn’t meet our strict standards for a blemish free product.
