Hooper Gun Works Factory Seconds– Signs of shelf wear and handling/packaging nicks. Usually around the edges. Generally minor things, but enough for us to put it in the “factory seconds” bin. Many shops pass this along as “normal” but it doesn’t meet our strict standards for a blemish free product.
