This is our top of the line slide, starting with the most expensive slide blank common to the industry. These were slides that we had made according to our engineering drawings, but now since Mr. Hooper has his own machine shop, he did the Delta Point Pro optic cut in house. You’ll be able to tell our in house optic cuts, as the way we cut them gives the lowest amount of tool pathing marks in industry. We have multiple examples of everybody’s slides, so its pretty easy for us to say this. Multiple CNC machines, carefully selected tools and holders, well managed coolant specifically for hardened steels, an awesome guy dedicated on tool path engineering working daily with Mr. Hooper, a career long machinist brought in from semiconductor and aerospace to foster leading edge processes, and multiple heavily modified media blasting cabinets on site. It all comes together in this product, and many more to come.
