Do you ship orders outside the US?

No. US export laws for firearms and accessories are complex and constantly changing. Right now, we’re United States only.

I’m local, can I pick up my parts?

No. We operate online only, no retail brick and mortar, so we can better serve all our customers. Our warehouse and shop are not suitable for customers to come and pick up a part. All our orders are shipped out in one or two business days for quick delivery, especially to our local customers.

Can I ship to a different address?

No. Due to the rise in fraud, we are unable to ship to any address other than the one provided during checkout which must match the address your credit card company has on file. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you would like your order to ship to an address other than your billing address, please order through our eBay store which can support alternate addresses.

I’d like custom work done. Can you recommend a gunsmith?

No. There are lots of very skilled gunsmiths across the country. We’d recommend that you start your search locally since working with someone in person is often the best way forward for custom work. Your local gun club or range may have some great recommendations.

How are payments processed?

Payments are processed through our website with a second amendment friendly payment processor with your credit or debit card. NO PayPal.

I ordered the wrong item or my item doesn’t fit. Can I return it?

Yes. We accept returns. Click here for our full return policy.

I entered my shipping address wrong. Can you update it?

Sorry, we cannot change orders after they have been placed. We can cancel your order, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet, and you may place your order again with the correct information.

Undelivered or refused mail due to an incorrect customer address will be charged for shipping and may incur a restock fee of 3% to cover payment processing charges. Un-deliverable shipping charge is between $5 and $20 based on shipment weight and cost.

Is this part drop in?

NO! All parts should be installed by a professional gunsmith. Even if a manufacturer states an item is “drop in”, that goes to the class of part which would require less fitment than a match grade or full fit item. Improper instillation of any part on a firearm can cause harm. We offer no warranty for improperly installed parts.

When will my order ship/arrive?

Orders are typically shipped out 1-2 business days after the payment clears. First class mail (now Ground Advantage) can take up to 10 days to arrive while Priority Mail can take up to 3 days to arrive. This time frame starts once the post office is in possession of the package. We ship orders out as soon as we can on days that we are in the shop. No mail goes out on weekends or federal holidays.

Fitment of parts

All items may require fitting. Yes, ALL items. Many items can be drop in fit but this is not a guarantee. For fitment questions beyond what is in the listing, the best place for answers is often the forums where there is a good chance that someone has already worked on the same project.

With many suppliers that is possible, others can be out for some time and sadly, some items become discontinued.
