We accept returns within 30 days. We do NOT accept returns on altered, fitted, and/or used parts. Before sending any returns, give us a heads up so we don’t wonder who sent what or why we get a part in the mail. If the return is due to a defect or incorrectly shipped part, we will e-mail you a prepaid shipping label for you to print out and attach to the package. You can then drop the package off at your local post office or give to your local mail carrier. Once we receive your return, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s).
Please contact us for the return address and include your name and order information in the package to expedite the process.
*Note that returns arriving damaged or not in their original packaging may incur a fee. Undelivered mail due to an incorrect customer address will be charged for shipping and may incur a restock fee of 3% to cover payment processing charges. Un-deliverable shipping charge is between $5 and $20 based on shipment weight and cost.
